Installation Prerequisites # Debian, Ubuntu, and Mint users: sudo apt-get install build-essential autoconf linux-headers-$(uname -r) 2) Download input-wacom 0.39 . 3) Select it, right-click, 'Extract Here'. 4) Select the ' input-wacom-input-wacom-0.39.0 ' folder, right-click, 'Open In Terminal'. 5) Type ./configure , press enter. After this finishes (few secs more or less), type make , press enter again. 6) Assuming no built errors occured, type make install . To keep things simple, a reboot before trying it out is recommended. Before building, you'll need to ensure the necessary dependencies have been installed on your system: from : https://github.com/linuxwacom/input-wacom/wiki/Installing-input-wacom-from-source 2. Step-by-step: 1) Back up your data & make a Timeshift snapshot in any case... from : https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=271919 3. work immediately without rebooting as recommended.
