nak makan apa?

aku ni, spesis MALAS masak.. bukan tak tau masak, tapi malas ya amat!

jadi bila 'berisi', kali ni pertama kali mencecah minggu ke 11 (2 kandungan sebelum ni tak sempat cecah 9 minggu) perkara yang paling aku risau ialah MAKAN. Aku tak makan takpe, takkan kurus punye.. tapi yang dalam perut ni kalau tak makan? Risau pulak aku..

Semalam aku baca satu artikel.. pasal makanan yang sesuai ikut trimester (pregnancy dikira ikut per tiga bulan).. gundah dalam hati tu berkurang sikit. aku bukan risau pasal nak makan, tapi risau pasal kualiti makanan yang aku makan. cukup tak zat? khasiat? cukup tak untuk perkembangan baby? jadi dalam artikel tadi tu tertulis.. bahawa, apa yang dimakan pada trimester pertama tak mempengaruhi kandungan secara langsung. boleh makan macam sebelum mengandung. tapi, itu TAK bermaksud boleh makan nenas, makanan diproses, asam-asam.. bukan.. sah-sah makanan macam tu tak baik untuk kesihatan! (tapi aku gila makan asam ok.. nyermmm..)

jelasnya memang aku tak risau pasal nak makan, sebab aku boleh makan apa saja. dari masakan paling mudah sampai yang paling kompleks, semua bleh masuk perut.. termasuk la makanan yang aku 'alah'. Hehe. Gatal2 tak pe bang, ubat ade.. hehe..  TAPI aku memang risau tentang khasiat makanan yang aku makan.. tiap-tiap hari aku berfikir apa makanan yang berkhasiat untuk anak ni..

apa yg aku dah belajar setakat ni?
1. telur rebus elok utk dimakan sekali sehari sebab kandungan proteinnya.. (tapi aku tak kuasa nak makan tiap2 hari! karang aku pulak cam telur, gred AA BULAT & BESAR..)
2. daging ayam yang dah dibuang lemak/kulit paling sesuai untuk dimakan berbanding daging lembu/kambing. dah tentu sebab tahap kolestrolnya rendah (nasib baik le aku memang tak kuat makan daging lembu/kambing.. jadi mudah je ni bagi aku)
3. sayur hijau memang baik utk kandungan & ibu. seratnya yang banyak memudahkan ibu 'uk-uk'.. (paham2 la ye.. )
4. kalau tak selera nak makan nasik, atau mi.. bolehlah beralih kepada kentang.. kentang rebus, kentang hancur, salad kentang.. begedil.. ok la tu kan? banyak pilihan masakan. 
5. susu kena minum tiap-tiap hari. sekali pagi, sekali lagi malam. macam makan ubat. penting supaya baby lahir dengan tulang yang kuat.. aku tak da masalah minum susu, cuma tak leh minum susu tepung biasa.. (boleh bikin 'bolos'!)

maklumat semua ni aku dapat dari macam-macam sumber. buku kesihatan, majalah, rujukan utama aku ialah rancangan tv, Vitamin,  dalam KBSW.

cukup la tu utk hari ni.. :P selamat sambung kerja pulak!

Majlis Konvokesyen ke 2

Majlis Konvokesyen ke 2 Politeknik Mukah Sarawak telah pun berlangsung dengan jayanya semalam.. alhamdulillah semuanya berjalan lancar dan tak kurang gak yang tak berapa nak lancar.. uhuhu! Dan tak lama lagi blog ni akan jadi satu-satunya blogku.. nak 'jumud' kan yang satu lagi.. Tunggu..!

holiday nov2011 01

We had an 'explorace' holiday last November 2011. Our flight to Kuala Terengganu (KL transit) was on 25 Nov. Arrived at night, an we went straight to YT Midtown Hotel. A strategically located hotel and I consider it as budget hotel. Paying RM120 for a RM150 sized room! Its definitely not a boutique hotel or spa resort. But cozy enough to rest and sleep. No weird smell or sound. The small pic of my son was on the plane. The Floating Mosque (i think its called Masjid Tunku Zaharah or something like that..), located at Tanjung Ibai. Its rainy day so we decided to just sightseeing from the car (rented car with very good deal!) Then we went to see Masjid Putih, as the local called it. Passing by the White Mosque (Masjid Putih), the driver took us to the Fishery Department Port. A visit only a few lucky people like us could get! The driver is like the president of fishermen's union or something.. So we get to see the real boat and ships used to fish! Its not like we never...
