So Ive got myself a new HP last March 2015. Nope its not a new handphone, but its a new high pressure cooker...
I have always wanted a HP cooker, not because i need it.. just because i want it. (err... yeah, ive added another electrical kitchen helper to my list)
TADAAA!
this is my amway HP cooker. picture copyright amway.
Its august but i have never used it since i bought it. it sits nice and pretty in its box, tucked away somewhere in my kitchen... I have decided to use it after Raya (July 2015, thats 4 months after buying. it feels like cooking took forever in Raya. no joy to raya)
You can find about it by clicking at the link above. if you ask me, i will definitely tell you its a worth buying product. but it depends on your experience and your cooking preferences. Me? i am a lazy working mom & wife, who wants every single thing to be done a.s.a.p. So here's a link to read this cooker details.
I have plenty of recipe to try, and i have tried a few things for now. But the most successful dish would be Sup Tulang Sapi (Ye, lembu ke, cow ke.. sama la tuh).
For my own ref:

Did they dedicate their blog to noxxa? No idea.
What makes me so excited? When i came home from work (usually around 5.45pm) it took me 2 hours to finish cooking. 5.45 to 7.45. my son is hungry by 6pm. how do you stop a hungry child from eating? thats a different story. i want to cook something fast, but it always took me almost 2 hours. i dont want to make them fried mee, and rice everyday. or fried eggs again n again..
Now that i know how to use this thing, I made them nice dish in 15 to 30 minutes. That saves time!
Happy HP-ing...
